INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Confidential, one-on-one sessions with a licensed clinician focused on improving mental health, fostering self-awareness, enhancing coping mechanisms, and supporting personal growth.

FAMILY-BASED TREATMENT

Family-Based Treatment (FBT) is the leading treatment for adolescent eating disorders and is based on the fundamental assumption that parents are uniquely positioned to play an instrumental role in their child’s recovery.

GROUP THERAPY

Confidential, small-group sessions where individuals with similar challenges come together with a licensed clinician to understand their issues, learn new skills, reduce symptoms, and break the isolation often associated with mental health struggles.
