Therapy, in general, seeks to heal emotional challenges like depression and anxiety through communication with a trained professional. Group therapy builds on that foundation by inviting others with similar struggles to gather together to assist one another in solving their problems, giving and receiving support, providing a safety net, and most importantly, validating that you're not alone. What is The Unlearning Space?:
A confidential and small educational process group for anyone who is tired of the food noise, currently dealing with negative body image, has a volatile relationship with food, or just wants to learn new ways of thinking about health and body image.
