Meet
Kelli Rugless, PsyD, CEDS
You're an accomplished individual, but no matter how many goals you reach you never quite feel the satisfaction of all of your achievements.
The perfectionism and negative self-talk are constant and leave you feeling inadequate and overwhelmed.

You may notice that your friendships and/or romantic relationships have become strained. Or maybe your relationship with food and exercise has become filled with guilt and shame. No matter what food choice you make it's never good enough.
Or maybe everything was fine, but then a big life transition upset the balance in your life. You had a baby, earned a promotion, lost a loved one, or have been tasked with the caring for an aging parent.

Things became overwhelming overnight and you're not sure how to get back to yourself.
It doesn't have to be this hard and you don't have to figure it out alone.
Together we will stop the shame cycle and help you cultivate a life with purpose, balance, and compassion.

I specialize in working with women who have been in survival mode for most of their lives and are just now realizing that the same strategies that used to help them reach their goals are now holding them back.

I am a fat positive Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) and practice within an All-Foods-Fit and Health at Every Size Framework.
